"Proofing took a little time, but I was happy with it"

"Felt like I was left to figure it out myself"
I reached out because I needed help with the design file, the replies took way longer than I expected. They did eventually get back to me, but it felt rushed, like I was kind of a bother for asking. In the end, I still had to fix several things on my own, which was frustrating because I thought I was getting actual support. Maybe my issue just wasn’t a priority, but it definitely didn’t feel like a great experience

"Shipping was okay, but nothing special"
I ordered from display-wholesale.com and the shipping was just kind of average. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, and the package did show up in good shape, but I expected it to arrive a little sooner based on the estimate they gave.

The tracking updates were slow too, which made the whole thing feel a bit impersonal, like I was just a ticket number waiting in line. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do think the shipping process could be faster and better communicated.

The staff were professional and got me helped fairly quickly, which I appreciated. that’s the main reason I’d come back, but if the service starts slipping, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

I gave it 4 stars because the prices were clear from the start and there werent any weird extra charges popping up at checkout. The shipping cost could’ve been a little easier to find, but overall it felt honest and I appreciated that.

I ordered from Display Wholesale and my first reaction when everything showed up was, okay, this is going to be straightforward. The packaging was solid, nothing looked confusing, and once I spread the pieces out, it was easy to tell what went where.
I didn’t have to hunt down special tools or call someone to bail me out, which I appreciated right away. Took less time than I expected, my snap judgment was the right one: simple setup, no drama, good experience overall.

I bought a couple of display stands from display-wholesale.com and, they’ve been better than I expected. One corner did get a little scratched during shipping, which was kind of annoying, but the actual frame feels really solid. I’ve been using them every day for a few months now and, so far, no wobbling or anything like that.

I ordered a few display boxes the first thing I noticed was just how well everything was packed. Like, nothing was rolling around in the box, no weird dents or crushed corners, which is always kind of what I worry about with stuff like this. The corners were protected nicely, everything looked clean when I opened it, and I could basically use them right away. Simple thing, but it makes a difference. I’d definitely order again...

They got back to me quick and kept me updated most of the time, which I appreciated. I did have a small question and they answered it clearly enough. My only thing is I felt like I was still checking for updates a lot, checking again, waiting again, and wondering if I missed something. It was easy enough dealing with them overall, just a bit annoying having to keep an eye on everything.

The site is fine, I guess. I was able to find what I needed in the end, though it definitely took longer than it probably should have. The menus feel a little all over the place, but sure, maybe that’s part of the charm. Checkout worked too, just not exactly what I’d call smooth or effortless

I ordered a display i was disappointed when it showed up. The shipping was fine, so at least that part wasn’t a problem, but the actual print just didn’t look as good as I expected. The colors came out kind of dull, and when you look at it up close, some areas are noticeably blurry. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but for the price, I really expected something sharper and more professional-looking. Overall, it just left a bad impression.

I liked that display-wholesale.com had some customization options for size and colors, because I was able to get close to what I wanted. But the ordering page was a little confusing and made me feel like an idiot for no reason.
The final display looked decent, not amazing or anything. I just wish the preview or instructions were clearer before ordering, because figuring it out was kind of a dumb hassle. Not terrible, just average for me
